Roots, Rock, Run Fun Run

On Sunday, September 25th the GrassROOTS Community Foundation in collaboration with the Newark YMCA presents a Fun Run led by Lisa Morgan, Newark Hall of Famer, Team USA World Junior Championship Coach. Youth and their families across the city will meet at the Newark YMCA at 9am to run to Military Park and back. Mental Health: Identity Our goal is to increase self-efficacy and girls’ confidence. In so doing we strive to reduce incidences of anxiety and depression, and suicide rates. Kazi of The Medicine Lifestyle, taught the New Jersey SuperGirls about focus, form, and force through the art of Tai Chi.
