In your role as Physical Health Wellness Coach will be responsible for facilitating health and wellness workshops and for helping youth achieve the highest level of wellness. You will support girls in eating well by increasing their intake of food and vegetables and reducing their intake of excessive artificial sugar and processed foods; you will also participate and encourage their ongoing and daily movement and physical activity. Roots, Rock, Run Fun Run

On Sunday, September 25th the GrassROOTS Community Foundation in collaboration with the Newark YMCA presents a Fun Run led by Lisa Morgan, Newark Hall of Famer, Team USA World Junior Championship Coach. Youth and their families across the city will meet at the Newark YMCA at 9am to run to Military Park and back.
