Roots, Rock, Run 5K in Newark Results and Pics

“Let’s get together and feel alright” is the slogan for GrassROOTS Community Foundation’s 1st Roots, Rock, Run 5K in Newark, New Jersey, on October 1, 2016. Full Court Dress Youth Charity Basketball Game

#FullCourtDress promotes giving back and fitness in a fun and festive environment. SuperGirl Tori, an avid and skilled basketball player is bridging her love for the game with her commitment to helping homeless families. On Sunday, September 25th the GrassROOTS Community Foundation in collaboration with the Newark YMCA presents a Fun Run led by Lisa Morgan, Newark Hall of Famer, Team USA World Junior Championship Coach. Youth and their families across the city will meet at the Newark YMCA at 9am to run to Military Park and back.
