Lisa Maxwell is the Vice President of B2B Marketing at Mastercard, where she leads marketing efforts for Digital Partners and Fintechs. In this role, she drives strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation for Mastercard’s fintech and digital-native clients. Since joining Mastercard, Lisa has played a pivotal role in transforming B2B marketing into a key driver of business success, fostering strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.

Prior to Mastercard, Lisa was Marketing Director at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where she led successful brand turnarounds for Nicorette, NicoDerm CQ, and Abreva, delivering double-digit growth. She began her marketing career at Johnson & Johnson, where she helped expand the K-Y Intimacy Enhancement line.

She is a dedicated board member of the GrassROOTS Community Foundation, an organization committed to empowering young girls, where she is also the chair of the Global Menstrual Equity Council. Lisa was named one of the top 10 inspiring marketers by B2B Innovator Award, the YWCA’s Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award, and she is an alumna of W.O.M.E.N. in America as well as a Committee of 200 Scholar.

Lisa holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
