GrassROOTS is a public health and social action organization. We know that a healthy community must support and develop a legacy of wellness. This means we must all come together to enhance our well-being.
Wellness Wednesdays is our effort to foster community and connection. The overarching goal of Wellness Wednesday is to foster intergenerational wellbeing. It is about health and fitness.
Each Wednesday in July Super Campers invite our community to join us for a great hour of wellness.
