DESCRIPTION:Roots\, Rock\, Run 5K is back. Your support is invaluable to us. Your dedication to your physical health makes you an example for members of our community. \nMovement improves our health. Unfortunately\, because of COVID-19\, we cannot physically be together.  But we can move together because we are in this TOGETHER. \nIn 2021 Roots\, Rock\, Run 5K is once again a virtual race.  And this year the Roots\, Rock\, Run 5K goes red. We are coming together to #endperiodpoverty and #endperiodshame. \nOn June 5th between 8:00am and 12:00pm\, we will collectively run or walk 5K wherever we are – outside as possible\, on a treadmill\, however you can do it! \nProceeds from your registration will go toward our efforts to #EndPeriodPoverty. The top 3 winners will receive a special GrassROOTS tee. \nRace Purpose: 5K community walk/run and 1 mile walk to support programming to #endperiodshame and #endperiodpoverty. https://grassrootscommunityfoundation.org/end-period-poverty/ \nEntry: Click on red button below for pre-registration.
