LaChell Miller graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Major in Culinary Nutrition and a Minor in Biological Science. LaChell developed her culinary skills, working in a range of food service establishments including catering, an international luxury spa & resort, café’s, corporate dining, and fine dining restaurants. LaChell then attended the College of Saint Elizabeth to complete her Dietetic Internship to become a Registered Dietitian. Miller then started her career working at Rodale, a print publishing company, in the test kitchen. She analyzed recipes for nutrition content, along with testing new recipes for food editors. At the same time, LaChell began working per diem as a Clinical Dietitian at Robert Wood Johnson – Somerset. Currently, you can find her at the Essex Green ShopRite in West Orange, New Jersey. Through ShopRite, she has also had the opportunity to conduct culinary demonstrations, counseling sessions, store tours, community outreach, and associate programs. She also freelances for the American Dairy Association, where she provides dairy nutrition education for students alongside of NFL athletes. LaChell is excited to be back in her fourth year at Super Camp and looks forward to motivate your child to making small healthy changes in their eating without compromising flavor and the joy of cooking.
